Damas Lanka operates a chain of 01 hotel (Hotel Damas, parent company) in Kadawatha and 02 Guesthouses in Kirillawala and Katunayaka Sri Lanka. Each of our unique properties caters to a diverse client base, having hotels suited to every need and budget while maintaining the high standards of hospitality that we are synonymous with.

Mainly we have short term and full term accommodation according to your needs. You can book the entire property at once or choose from Single, Double, Triple and Family. We have a separate kitchen / Dining and a common area for guests to relax and enjoy their time in peace. The guest house is located a few minutes away from the Colombo-Katunayaka Highway and it makes your home away from home with a very calm and quiet atmosphere.

Clean and spacious rooms. Rooms are newly renovated. Located off the main road, quiet night. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. If I ever return to Sri Lanka, I would definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful, tasty and finger licking good. The whole staff is very friendly and they have some special beer too. Much space on the 1st floor. It would be easier to make a reservation before you go there.

This could be the most gorgeous little guest house. It is quiet, clean, with very nice people, excellent breakfast. The perfect place to rest. I recommend it for a family. Large family rooms with air conditioning, 2 toilets, 2 large beds.

Our third stay at the guesthouse, it's that good. Very quiet, beautiful gardens and the beach very handy for an evening stroll. Good to see that the same staff is still in control, as they were here last time we came. If I ever return to Sri Lanka, I would definitely stay here again.
